For me its not about the nationality or the origin of the person, its all about the behavior and ethics of the employer.

I am from UK and I have worked with many nationalities, what I found weird is that it is better to work with people of other nationalities than your owns, they will never be helping you instead the others will be helpful and generous, so I think Indian, Chinese, French and American are far better.

hi ther yobbgsm. =) so, this is the Boss Topic, huh? well, i only worked for several bosses. however, i know the attitudes of different nationalities. i would prefer an american boss over a filipino boss. honestly, an american is more concerned about his/her employee compared to a filipino. with other nationalities, this is based on experience and my friends'experiences in the Islam and Arab regions of asia, i like Turkish. they are very nice yet they mean business. next would be Syrians. i won't mention the ones i do not like, for the purpose of respect to the other readers here. i hope to work with British bosses. i am quite interested who they are towards work. =)

It has nothing to do with the nationality. Its more on the people you're dealing with, if you and he/she are alike then the more you get along. I still prefer my fellow men and also americans can be friendly and have good work ethics.

I defenitely prefer to work for myself. Also I never liked to work under a female manager. Everytime that I had female manager/or boss we endup fighting and I had to quit my job.

I really don't mind who I work for. I don't mind what nationality or race this person is. I really don't have a preference personally. That's just not what I'm looking for, when I'm looking for a job, or something.

I prefer to work for an American or British company.I feel they are creative and innovative.I think their man management skills are good. There is good scope for improvement in career and getting experience in an environment useful for personal and professional growth.Hard work and sincerity is recognised.

i could work with any human. my answer you have got i think. i don’t believe much in any race. All of them have different bad things. So if some one is real human. He will be better to work with me. I think he will work with me and also be careful about other’s feelings and emotions.

I prefer to work under a british person. When i was in customer support i love the way british people state their inquiries. They're polite and they consider other people's feelings even if it's only an agent. :)
