so i was at my dads house and it happend to be my first day learning about mylot, anyway i me and my friend were hungry so i went into the fridge and took some strawberries like 7 total me and him together only took 7. then my dads roomate come out and yells at us because we had some strawberries saying that there to expensive to eat alot like that in one shot, and that they were hers(she had 2 or 3 box of them not even opened. so i guess my question is do you know some rerally cheap like this? or just share your thoughts about this incident.

Hi Stevman,
So they were your dad's roommates? Well strawberries are pretty expensive. Maybe she had plans for them like making a pie or shortcake or something. I don't know...I probably would not have helped myself to them in someone elses house without asking first. If someone did that to me, I also probably would have just let it go and not said anything but I would probably start labeling my food so that no one came in and just helped themselves to it.

I guess that if she's not in a relationship with ur dad, and she's just a lodger, then it was right of her to be angry. You should really have asked before just taking her food because she's had to pay out of her own pocket for that, and if you went round every day and ate seven strawberries, then she'd be having to pay quite a bit to keep your supply going. If she is in a relationship with ur dad though, then its a bit of an overreaction because everything should be shared in a relationship.
