will americans still find the cure for hiv

HIV is in our world now for many years killing people rapidly but my problem is that all the scientists in America have not been able to come out with a cure since. God said that their is nothing impossible so i wonder why there is still not a cure out

i myself cant understand why someone has yet to find a cure for hiv "and" cancer and although cancer has been lessened over the years and terrific strides have been made, a doctor once said on t.v. it's a way of population control and a pure 100 % cure for both will never be found.
