How much would you bid for a freelance project like this?

I'm thinking of seriously taking a large freelance project and I've been lucky enough to be on the shortlist. The task is to create twelve hours worth of lectures on a particular disease, using research on the latest discoveries, diagnostics and treatments, creating about seventy five powerpoint slides on it, and with accompanying reading material and learning guides (employer says about 20 pages per hour???). It's for a pharmaceutical company educating their med reps on the disease. My original bid was at 240 USD, but judging from the amount of work, I'm thinking twice. What do you guys think?

I also do some freelance writing project myself.. i would suggest you try to raise up to 300 USD as it is not easy to conduct research especially for lectures..
