This is really a comprehensive movie.
Here is good direction, good sets, good acting, good story. That made a really very good movie.
This is one of the movie i have seen most of the time. That is really a very nice movie. I felt as this is the real things happening in front of me even i knew this is a movie.

It depends on which version you're talking about. I love the 1996 film because it takes a more historic look back as to what happened on that faitful night and a look at how the different social classes lived during that time. While there was an obvious fictional plotline, I feel it still doesn't match the fact that it doesn't take away from a lot of what was. It doesn't focous on any one character, and a lot of the names were noted. While everything wasn't exact, its interesting how they put things into perspective.
For example, how only one of the allson children saved while the rest of the family drowned looking for their missing child. Some things that just touch you. How various people handled the tragity in the hours/days fallowing the sinking, and how through adversity some people still went on to lead great lives.
The 1997 film wasn't too bad. Though the soul focous in James Cammorn's tale was more fictionlized then anything. It put too much focous on the aparent love story between Jack and rose, only grazing the serface of the different social classes. It was cute, but... meh... I don't know it was good I guess. I can't complain. As much as I am a sappy romantic I would have loved to see more characters get screen time. instead of deleted scenes in the movie.
