Describe what a 'perfect day' would be for you

Everyone has good days and bad days. If you were to describe your 'perfect day,' what would you do or have happen from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep at night?
Is it something simple like getting up late, eating a home-cooked breakfast and spending some good ol' time with your wife/husband/family? Or is it something more extravagant like winning the lottery and buying everything you ever dreamed of. Spill what your 'perfect day' would consist of. ?

a perfect day would be getting a good nights sleep and then spending the day doing something fun with my son, and then having a good meal with lots of laughter, and going swimming which I love. making love to my boyfriend at night, and just having a really fulfilling fun day. (never happens unfortunately)

Well, I just sat down in front of my computer and saw this discussion that will start my day perfectly all right. I just finished doing all my chores and it's time for computer work. This is already a good start of my day. If I am done with all my chores and I finished my coffee and I find a discussion as interesting as this, this is already a perfect day for me. It means that the whole day would be fine for me and a fine day for me means a good start and a good ending. Well nobody of course is bothering me because I am alone at home with my two cute puppies. So I pretty much think that most of the time is a perfect day for me just sitting in front of my computer and writing anything that's in my mind.

Wow. Thanks for the nice props on my discussion. I was getting ready for bed last night when this question popped into my head. So I had to create the discussion.
Aw. Puppies are so adorable, aren't they? Who needs kids when you have puppies? What kind of puppies are they?

A perfect day eh.
Well, it will happen sooner or later, probably sooner, I always like to think on the up side.
Just think about though...wake up with the sun in your hammock on the beach over looking a crystal blue ocean, with a bright blue sky.
Meditate on the day before, and visualize how you want your day and life to be for a while, stretch and do some yoga in the sand. Go in to your cozy home for some great breakfast with your loved ones.
Help some people start their journey to owning their lives, read some great books on personal development, have some fresh fruit for lunch. Talk with more family/friends/friendly strangers on the phone. Take a walk along the beach.
Eat your dinner, have some family time, read the scriptures, then venture on out to your hammock, to start your perfect day again tomorrow. Unless of course the forecast called for tsunami, then hide in your cozy homes waterproof basement...
Cheers.

Two things my friend. The first being, Walking and Thinking is a form of meditation. Secondly, if you decide to live on the beach, and take the if's out of it. That is, choose to live on the beach there is no alternative, and believe it, and see it in your minds eye each day, the world will conspire to give you a home on the beach.
Sincerely and With Appreciation.

That sounds so relaxing! I mean, for one, I love the beach as well and hammocks. Meditating I'm not too good out, but I love to walk on the beach and just think about stuff. Hearing the ocean tides surge and recede is so relaxing. I would probably live on the beach if I had the money.

Hi there Stephanie Ann C!
My perfect day would be sleeping until I'm fully charged, then prepare a breakfast for the family, a hearty one, eat breakfast, go to a park or the beach, play a board game, or any game with the family, eat good food, just spend quality time with each other, go home late in the afternoon, watch a good movie with the family with ice cream or pop corn or french fries, have my husband prepare dinner,(he's a great cook) nightcap, and go to bed.

That does sound fun! Have you ever tried that? In other words, have you ever had a 'perfect day' like you described? I would try to do that over the summer when everyone is less stressed out.

for me,the perfect days is staying home at weekdays and don't worry about money.you just stay at home and don't worry about work.you just stay at home and don't worry about your financial situation because money is coming in effortlessly.you don't have to worry about a boss nagging you because you work for yourself and earn money for yourself.

Not worrying about money would be a big stress reducer. No boss either equals no problems. What a life! (:

Hi Steph,
A perfect day for me would be a week vacation with my family in Boracay (a popular white-sand beach island here in the Philippines). I always wanted to visit the place, I hope we could finally be there next year. A perfect for me is basically being with my family all-day long and having lots of fun without so much stress from work and outside world.LOL.

Yes, minimized stress is always a start to a perfect day.
I love beaches. I find them so calming. I wish I could come visit that beach now...

I can't really say because I don't know if I have experienced that "perfect day". But maybe I can just share what makes my day happy. For now, it's just when I spend time with my friends. We're all busy nowadays with work so we don't see each other that much. I feel really happy and somewhat feel that my day has been productive just because of them.

I kind of imagined what your perfect day WOULD BE, because I haven't really experienced one either. My perfect day would include being with friends too. But my perfect day would have been as stress-free as I can get it too.
