MMA sport is now the fastest rising sports these days. I myself is an avid fan of UFC and watching those styles and techniques makes me think, what could be the deadliest style in that sport? For my point of you, I would go to Brazilian Ju-Jitsu.. For it is lethal when you brought your opponent on the ground.. What could be your style in MMA?

I think that BJJ or Muay Thai are the most effective fighting styles because of their versatility and effectiveness.

because they both utilize the arms and legs to inflict damage to their opponent. Muay Thai's knee attacks are viscous..

I think Machida is the only MMA fighter that uses karate, and he is very elusive. Probably they are still trying to improve some combination techniques in MMA.. But I think BJJ is simply the best technique.

I don't mean to start a fight of what have you. MMA can't work with only one art. If we try to look back in UFC 1 Royce Gracie caught everyone off guard since nobody has an idea about BJJ. After that, everybody had to learn it because when you go to the ground you must have a way to fight through it or at least get yourself back to your feet. Like what Eddie Bravo said MMA is a triathlon, must have striking, wrestling to get your opponent to ground and prevent you from getting to the ground. JJ helps you fight when you get taken down. The other arts like karate, taekwondo, mano mano, savate utilizes all blows is just that they were modified due to sporting needs. If I would continue MMA, I'll have my Filipino Martial Mano Mano and Dumog together with BJJ.
