I wonder if you have ever had any embarrassing moments?
Yesterday I went on a train with my toddler son and baby daughter in their buggy. To get our second train we had to take an elevator. In that elevator there was an old lady and a man with a bike. My baby daughter made the man jump. He had some holes in his jeans. Oh, it was so very embarrassing. We walked along to the next elevator and to our dismay there was the man again. I tried to keep my baby daughter well away from his jeans. We got on the same train as us so I kept my baby daughter well away from him. I sat next to a lady and my baby daughter tried to get hold of the ladies hand bag handles. Again I felt very embarrassed indeed.

I've got two young boys and we have a few embarassing moments as well.
There was a time when they became fond of farting aloud. Often they would announce to each other that one is going to let one rip, just so that the other could take note how loud it was.
During that phase, we took a trip one time taking the public trains. They insisted on taking the elevator, I guess they got bored with the escalator.
Anyway, elevator, 2 boys, farting... It was so embarassing!

dear maxim,
of course everybody has.
your little girl is just so funny. she is little yet she already has some sense of humour. well, it can not be avoided. but little girls get forgiven so fast. so nothing to worry.
just hold her hands next time.
have a great day.

My latest and greatest embarrassing moment happened yesterday. I was carrying a cake for my son's graduation party out of my parents camping trailer, I ended up tripping and putting one of my hands into the cake and then had it flip twice around my other wrist. Some how, I managed to save the cake. I was very embarrassed by what happened. Here I wanted to make the day special for my son.
He said I did and would carry the memory with him for a long time.

It sounds like you really had a rough day yesterday! I've had some embarrassing moments, too, but i can't think of any right off hand. I can imagine how the man with the holes in his jeans must have felt. I can also imagine how it must have felt to meet the man for the second and third time. I hope he didn't think youall were following him.

i was a freshman in college and i was going to the library. i was wearing a mini-skirt (the in thing then, and now again i might add) an going up the few steps to the library entrance. then i heard the noise of an approaching vehicle and i heard my name called. so i turned to look but did not stop walking and soon i was on my knees at the steps. i was so embarassed cos there were lots of people and i just went back to my dorm. both my knees were a mess cos the steps were made of pebbles. i wanted to wear jeans the following days to cover up the many scratches and abrasions but could not do so because the wounds hurt :(

I have a lot of embarrassing moments...
Well, i didn't know why but everbody that's close to me will eventually experience one moment of embarration with me ^^
There one time that i came to visit my friends house, and we talked enough for a long time, and because i'm hungry i ask him, if i can eat my bread there (i seldom brought bread in my bag), and i ate it. He said to me "You doing that makes me a bad host", and i am not aware that my friends parent see me eating my own food, and scold my friend because he didn't serve food for me. I didn't mean to do it, but it's rather embarrassing for me and my friend ^^ (for i embarrassed because i didn't aware that my friend's parent saw me)

I had an emabarrasing moment when I fell down an escalator in a saree shop.I just tripped and fell and the salessmen immediately stopped the escalator, and were courteous enough to ask me if I would like coffee or water and I felt terrible. My saree had tripped me actually. I still cannot climb on to an escalator though this episode is some 8 years old.

I would not be embarrassed with children,if they did that to me I would laugh. Once I took my nephew shopping and there was this elderly woman in front of us with a long ponytail, and as loud as anything nephew then aged 3 said "what's that rats tail doing on that old woman".Well the look I got from the old lady would have killed me.I could not contain myself and started laughing, well this made things even worse.I quickly grabbed my nephew and took off in the opposite direction.

My husband and I took a lot of pictures on our honeymoon. On one of those pictures my husband wasn't wearing any pants, I had taken the photo as joke, and we didn't intend to show it to anyone. When we got home we transfered the photos from the digital camera to my husband's laptop, and we forgot to remove the picture of my husband. When my husband went to visit his mother he showed her the pictures from our honeymoon. My husband was extremely embarrassed when the picture showed up among the others, but I couldn't help laughing when he told me about the situation.

Hi maxine,
All children make their parents be embarrased at one time or the other. I remember than when the kids were very small, many times we drank the last of the juice of a compote out of the saucer saying to the children: "Excuse me, this shouldn´t be done".
Once he were having some visitors for diner. The man was my husband´s friend (not close at all) and he had married a woman a lot older than us and very fine. All went well until we reached the dessert. I had made a nice fruit compote. Claudia took the saucer matter of factly, in front of everyone, and ate all her dessert out of the saucer saying "Excuse me, this shouldn´t be done" with the same intonation she had heard from us. WAS I EMBARRASED!!! I could not say anything to her, I had taught her her bad table manners.

Great experience you have of embarrassing. But i think here was your baby was a bit responsible.
But for my embarrassment i was responsible. When i was a child i used to do many bad things even once there was a scene in a class of mine. My teacher pretend to strip myself and i started crying. lol

Hi there! i was in first year highschool when i experienced this very embarrassing situation of mine. Me and my classmates was required to fall in line as we go up in our classroom located at the third floor of our school building. As we walk up the stairs, i felt something falling from me. I was right! it was my sanitary napkin full of stains! My classmates laugh so much and i can't do nothing but to laugh as well to eliminate my shyness out of this situation.

We would not be human without an embarrassing moment to remember. My childhood was filled with embarrassing moments. Devastation and humiliation were always right around the corner. Most of these moments were repercussions of trying to impress friends. Older and wiser, embarrassing moments can still happen. They are just a little easier to bear now.
