Do you meet the deadlines of your work easily?

Are you able to finish the job in a given time.From the past few weeks something strange is happening to me,I am not able to meet the deadlines of my job.And this is irritating me to some extent.Do you complete your work in a given time?

Yeah, Sometimes it happens sometime. Even I lag behind the schedule. Sometime I work on weekends.

Sometimes i finish it on time. It's hard when you're a procrastinator. Well, I am. I love to waste time whenever i know that i still have it til It's too late. Then when It's too late, that's when i start to cram. Lol.

Yes, I can say I'm pretty good at it when I'm aware of deadline even if its very tough situation. I just need to have some motivational factor which pretty much work for me always. Motivation like taking a leave for travel and got it approved from manager and I'm into the work and usually complete even before deadline.
