I love this film but I thought it was kinda messed up how when they are in the water and she frees her hand from his after he died to save herself. I mean if you really love someone and you have no children or obligations in the world and they died would you not want to go with them. Maybe it's just me but I would have stayed by his side and gone with him. Whats your opinion, would you stay if you were in her position or would you break your frozen hand loose from his and go?????????? That's my question of the day I guess?

if i were on rose's position, i would rather die with jack too, just like you. i just remembered, whenever we watch titanic, my brother would say that if only rose had gone on the lifeboat, then jack would have that piece of wood that she hang on to, instead of her. then they would both live. when we came up with this when we were kids, we thought that idea was really smart.

if it's me then matchless love, which makes me to sacrifice my life for my beloved. Losing someone with whom we share a time-ford to live in love-sorrow, the laughter, tears, of course it is very heavy at all, maybe like losing half of the soul, because of the loss support friends love to share.

If you ask me Rose did what she felt was right. He made her promise that no matter what happened not to give up. He had given her strength to face the world. Had he lived would their relationship last, but that's something that no one can be sure of.
It would depend for me. I also feel its just as important to go on with life, and honor your dying love's final wishes. That's something I hold very deeply. If I were in her position, I probably would have done the same thing. Because what he would have given me would have been far stronger then anyone can hope to accomplish, and that would never die.
