I decided to limit what I eat and start to do sit ups or abdominal crunches. It's difficult and painful. I like to have abs. I'm not fat but I still want to have a good abdomen. Dieting is really difficult, depriving what you really want to eat? like Chocolates, etc...

hi vycess!
I don't think that you need to limit your meals or food intakes. You can eat any food you like but keep in mind that you just need to consume it in a little portion or quantity.you don't need any diet routine but yes you need to have a regular exercise to have a good abdomen. You will fell pain at first but then you will enjoy it and it will become as one of your hobby. i always have an aerobic exercise with my nephew and my niece.dance, jump and jog and many more physical exercise for at least three times a week is recommended.:)

You don't want to diet. What you want to do is change your lifestyle. Cut down the sweets or even cut them out. Find healthy ways to have chocolate and really know what it is to have it in moderation.
Yes it is difficult to create a new eating lifestyle but your future you will thank you for it :)

Being on a diet is really a difficult task. But for it to be successful, one thing that's very important is discipline. You should take control of what you eat, or the amount of food that you will eat and of course getting up and start exercising. It will be all worth it in the end and you will really feel good.

Yes its really hard especially if you love sweet foods like chocolates. But just set your mind on your goal and soon you will have that beautiful abs. And when your not eating sweet foods in a long time I think you will no longer crave for it.
