What do you do,when you are sad????

Hi Mylotters!!
I am back again with a silly question.. I am really sad as I will be going to face my D-day on 4 th june in the examination hall.
So,to cheer myself up I prefer sitting alone,mylotting and listening to music some rock music.
So,what do you do,when you are sad?? How do you get cheered??? Please share your views and opinion..

Most of the time I sit and dwell on it when I'm sad. I will eventually find something to do to keep me busy and that will take my mind off of my depression. I also exercise a lot and I think that's good for sadness. I also listen to music to help me with sadness. I do a lot of singing and I think that helps, too.

I think talking to people is good, too. It might depend on who you're talking to, though, because some people don't like to hear about other people's problems. I try to talk to somebody who I'm sure could help me deal with whatever it is I'm sad about.

I do the same thing. I'll take a walk or listen to music or go on the internet and surf. I need something to take my mind off it. Sometimes I talk to people too.

When I get sad I usually try to find people and things that make me happy. Sometimes, you just need to cry. Then talk about it with somebody.

i cry if im sad. especially when i miss someone, (cheesy.. :-D ) i cry until i come to a point where i just stop. and then i listen to music but not those songs that will just worsen my mood. i also go to friends or relatives and talk about anything under the sun. or surfing the net and myLotting could also be one of my outlet.^^

When I am sad, I go out and just walk around... this gives me time to think... things i see around would made me realize there's no reason to be sad... that would cheer me up and I would end my day by watching good movies...

Aw.. Its really not a silly question! maybe you are more anxious than sad. Well, if you feel you are stressed out and if there are many a things creeping on in your mind, I would have gone out for a long walk. I walk for about 2 hours if I am that blue.
Treat yourself lavishly, have something which you always liked to have and think of the good things which happened to you no matter how hard the bad feelings try sneak into you.

I would rather sit here alone, and think stuff through myself. I don't want anybody to bother me, or I want to receive any phone calls at all. I just want to be alone in front of a computer, Or I would exercise to relief my sadness.

when i'm sad... well i allow myself to be sad then after i just do the things that i love doing: cooking, reading a book, internet, shopping, being in the company of friends, or watching a movie by myself. of course, i also pray and ask for strength and faith.

Hi,
When I am sad, it is sad.
I don't feel like do anything.
I want to be alone and feel like crying.
It will not help but feel something better.
The feeling of sadness is of various reasons and
the subject will, to a great extent depends what will do.

i usually playing computer games and listening the music i love with a headset and high volume, i use headset so i don't bother people's around me

It's not good for your health to be sad or worried. Keep your chin up and dont stress out.
Everyone deals with sadness in there own way, what works for one person may not work for another.
Me, I like to chill out with good friends, have a laugh, or listen to some relaxing music.
Other people may enjoy eating, other enjoy drinking, like I said everyone reacts differently.
Have a happy day , and forget the sad days.

When I'm sad and I want to feel better, I usually eat chocolates or I will go to the mall and walk around! Eating chocolates makes me happier maybe because it is a mild stimulant to humans mainly due to the presence of theobromine which is also found on tea and cola nut. On the other hand, strolling in the mall makes me happy because it relaxes my whole system thus making me more composed and calm.

When I get emotional, be it sad or angry, everyone around me sense it because I will shut myself in my room and not talk to anyone. I have tried my ways to cheer myself up, from talking to someone to divert my attention to mylot or even just read articles etc but it always seems to backfire. The only way I get cheer up is with the flow of time.

sad?..it is a normal sign for me when im not getting/feeling what i want to..it is a feeling that make me feel the world is going to the end sometimes,feeling sad is like getting no hope at all, when im sad i prefer to do some work to forget my sadness,depend to what kind of my feeling, sometimes i will listen to yea..some rock music in my turned off light bedroom!,but i mostly want to have my time alone,no matter if it is a party time then i hear some news that make myself sad i'll take time to be alone,that make me get the feeling..,;p

i do when sad is that i will not say anything then think of good things such as praying or apologize to god almighty after doing so i will sleep ^_^ i think it helped me when i am sad ^_^

When I am sad I tend to go onto My year Book and just ask a lot of people random questions. I've been doing this for the past 5 days due to the fact that I haven't been the happiest person out here. In reality, I've been quite miserable but i just have to wait it out. Till it passes I'm gonna be on here and year book doing random things.
