Here is a tip I thought I'd share after being bored earlier, I hoped online and did my usual day's activities of checking on things when it ended rather quicker then normal. Guess everyone was out and about this Saturday. I finally decided to pull up my word pad list of online to-do. Just quick websites or thoughts on research or a site, but didn't have time to do anything about it then. One of them which I just added about two weeks ago when I was pretty sure I was quitting one of my games. "(game title)give away items". (removed game title for safety reasons).I always tend to give away my stuff when I quit a game, especially when I have some really valuable stuff like I did in this game. Being a generally solo player, I don't have guilds or huge friends list of ppl to give stuff too. So I just started talking in world chat, saying I was giving away stuff. To many ppl, wanting to many things. How to give away stuff and be fair? Quick Quiz's, So I asked ppl to Google just basic trivia, what band this song, who won the award for best actor etc. Ding- Lightbulb!!! Quiz Question: Goggle "Goozik", then private msg me the address of the blog and in your own words tell me generally what the blog is about. (feel free to ask me questions about blog if anything peeks your interest). "Goozik" happens to be my in game screen name on most games, and is also in the title of my blog, making it impossible to miss on the first page of google anyways. I always enjoy giving away stuff in games to those that need it and want to play still since I won't be. My only concern would be the game possibly banning you for advertising in their game. But I think by doing a few regular quiz type questions to give away free stuff to players that the one question might be overlooked. If you do it to quit a game, not really much downside imo. I had fun chatting with a few ppl, got a couple referrals and gave away all my stuff and got to delete the game off my PC. All in all it cured my boredom for a couple hours and got my blog about 50 quick hits of traffic.

Interesting idea! I really want to start writing a blog because that another great way to make money online. What website are you involved with your blog? Is it a good site? Would you recommend it? Or would you recommend another website to start out writing blogs on?

If your starting a blog there is really two main options. Blogspot or Wordpress. They both have pro's and con's. But both are free. A blog is a lot of work though to maintain. Recommend you do some deep research into blogging, while considering what you want to blog about. Make sure to visit some top notch blogs in the field and begin following them daily. Learning what works from the best is always good practice.
