Nowdays, many people want to sell their property because of different reasons:
- because they can't affort the costs of their property any more;
- because they decided to leave their country to move to another place...
- because they recieved a work offer somewhere else and far away from where they actually live...
the reasons might be quite different.
If you have a second property which you don't use or you have to sell your own property, would you change it for another one in another place or country?
For example: there is one person who lives in Spain and owns an appartment. This person wants to move to England but cannot do it until he or she sells the appartment. And you are in England and want to come to Spain or you have two apparments and want to sell the second one, would you change your property for that one in Spain, if the characters of both apparments are similar?

If the characters of both appartments are similar,why not?It is good for both sides,and will save much time.

That's right. Maybe one person needs to move from his or her country to another one but cannot do it until he or she sells his or her property. But selling a property is quite difficult. So it might be faster to change it for another one in that country where you want or need to go to. Do you know anybody who already did it or wanted to do it?
