I like constructive criticism- when someone says somehting is wrong, but they're telling you that to HELP you. But I find sometimes people just criticize unnecesarily and nastily!!!

Probably true. Our friends out of love for us or out of a feeling not to wound our feelings will probably not tell us our weakness.Criticism with an intention to correct us or set us in the right path is good. But many critics have an enmity against us which i object to.Constructive criticism is good but criticism with an intention to lower ones spirits is bad.

Yes, I love to be criticized, just as long as he or she doesn't put it in a bad way. I consider them to be malicious if they tell us the critics in a bad and hurtful way, or if they are already saying these as if they are insulting us. I would appreciate critics who criticize us in a nice way, or would suggest an even better idea.

I always welcome criticism. but criticism should be constructive and just for sake of criticism. What i mean by it is a critics should point out both positive aspect as well as negative aspects while criticizing, pointing positive items first. Critics should also suggest how negative points observed by him/her could have been overcome.
I always welcome such criticism and consider such critics as my most valuable friend.
