The good side of facebook

A lot of people talk about the negative side of facebook. They talk about how you can be potentially stalked, how employees and colleges cand find out everything about you. But they never really talk about the good side of facebook. The good side of facebook is that it makes it much easier for you to get in touch with old friends, meet new people and form new friendships with other people. Besides helping to keep you in touch with friends or getting back in touch with friends, it also helps you to get in touch with estranged family members or to even meet family memebers that you've never met before. There's no distance in facebook relationships. Because you can talk with anyone, no matter how far they are from you. People tend to forget about these postive aspects when talking about facebook. And besides the beforementioned attributes there are also other attributes to facebook, which are the facebook games. Alot of people sign onto facebook in order to play the games on facebook, along with thier friends and family members.

i heard in news about facebook some one posted a content which was againt islam that is very bad. now the facebook is blocked in many countries.

People either love or hate Facebook. I personally love it! I am careful to only add people I know (no strangers) . . . although lately I've been adding certain celebrities to my friends list - but I doubt they're going to come stalk me - ha ha. Other than that, FB is not a place to meet people for me . . . I only use it to keep in touch with those I've known at some point in my life. I've reconnected with old friends and yes, it's been easier to keep in touch with my current friends. I love that I can give my story out and everyone gets the news - I don't have to email everyone the same story and a photo individually - it's all right there. Facebook has it's issues, but it's not the type of issue that makes me want to quit. I hope it sticks around for a long time!!
