Paypal and alertpay upload

Hello mylotters i want to upload my earning on my site what is the best trick to upload it exactly what on the image on my ALERTPAY or PAYPAL.
I've been use a web hosting service like picassa and photobucket but i cannot copy the image...
is there any missing tool on my OS.
WindowsXP service pack 2?
any suggestion ?
