Wierd use of a safety pin !

Well , safety pins have been used for a variety of purposes around the world . But my use is slightly different from others . I use it to clean the gaps between my teeth . They are more effective than toothpicks and can be reused . And I also save trees by that way . I have not seen many people clean their teeth gaps with pins . I hope I will find some like minded friends here .

But, when you use safety pin to clean your teeth beware of the pin and be careful because it will hurt your teeth enzymes in the gap of the teeth. Since the safety pin is so sharp it will even cause wound if it hurts. So a best alternative to safety pin is the tooth pick which comes ready made in shops ( usually in wood) and you can even use your own tooth pick such as the stick you get fresh from a matured coconut leaf.

But the pin I use is very much blunt and there is no chance of it piercing the gums .

I use it to temporarily mend holes in my jeans. I went to work one day an noticed a huge gap in my pant leg. Safety pin worked well.
My friend used a safety pin to mend a broken flip flop. Don't ask me how.
