Some people specially ladies are washing their hair at night specially if they are expose to the dust during the day. I don't like to wash my hair at night much more when I am about to sleep. I don't like to sleep with wet hair. Well, others are using hair drier to dry their hair before going to bed. what about you? do you wash your hair before going to sleep? do you sleep with we hair?

No I never go to bed with wet hair. If I washed my hair before bedtime it would be a waste of time. I'm one of those unfortunate women who has to wash her hair each and everyday. So I do this first thing in the morning while taking a shower. I have very fine hair that you can't do anything with. So when I get up I can't just brush and comb my hair and be ready to leave the house. My hair will still look like bed hair.

Well if during the day if my hair or body has been exposed to dirt or dust I will shower way before going to bed so my hair will be dried before bedtime. This happen very few times in my life. If I'm working in the yard I will shower after that but that is usually in the afternoon hours.

I've tried to sleep with wet hair once, recently. Totally hate the feeling of damp hair on my pillow; so uncomfortable! I only wash it if it's really dirty, and would blow dry it before I go to bed.
Sleeping with wet hair at night is not good for the health, so they say..

I don't normally wash my hair before going to bed, like you, I don't like going to bed with wet hair, if I do, it'll be sticking up all over the place in the morning. Sometimes I've had to, but I'll blow dry it a little so it won't be too wet, just damp.

I rarely wash my hair at night because even i don't quite like it when I have to sleep with wet hair or if I want to do brushing and all these, it is advised to wash hair once per week according to doctors but we go against all of it.

I don't sleep with my hair wet, and it is not also wise to blow dry hair because it tends to dry the hair and scalp and it will get split ends. I can shower at night to get a good sleep and feel refreshed, but I don't wet my hair, i use a cap for that.
My mom used to remind us not to sleep with hair wet because it leads to headache and some even lose their eye sight. Call it a barbers tale or so, but I was really scared of that tale when I was a kid. But it is your decision if you want to sleep with hair that is wet...yeah the pillowcase would be wet too.

Except weekends, I always wash hair at night, because I have to work in the company and there is no time to wash hari in the day time. But I never wash hair before going to bed, since it is not good for health. And I don't like using hair drier to dry my hair. I try to wash hair as early as possible at night and then use dry towel to dry my hair. When I go to bed, my hair always is dry.

My grandma told me that if you sleep with wet hair, you 'll be blind. Ask a Filipino with conservative and superstitious family and they'll tell that they've heard it. Anyway, I work in Manila and the air is really dirty. My comb and brush get dark with dirt every time i use them when i get home. My body is also sticky with sweat. In short, I smell. I take a bath before i sleep but i don't use any hair dryer. Usually, I bathe before I watch TV or do any unfinished work that i must submit the next day. Second, I don't want my bedroom specially my bed to invite bedbugs. Gross! So before i jump into my coziest part of my house which is my bed, I make it habit to be clean always not only my hair but my whole body as well. I'll just make it sure that my hair isn't wet when i go to bed.

No. I never sleep with wet hair. I wash my hair every week. And I will wash it in the day time. I will make sure that I blow dry it too. Sometimes I may wash my hair when it is at night, but I will never go to bed with dripping wet hair. If I do, my bed will be all wet up and I may have the sniffles when I wake up the next morning.

If exposed to dust which happens very rarely, I have no choice but to wash my hair at night as I arrived home. But on normal days, I don't really wash my hair at night. I always take body shower only but I keep my hair dry. I want to wash my hair in the morning only. I don't want to dry up my hair with too much washing.
