When you are putting on your make-up what is your favorite step? Making the mascara look just right? Eye shadow diva? Love the different colors and dividing the color to make it look the way you want to? Or the rouque? That definition on your cheeks. That is the part I like. Gives life to my face. You?

I used to have a co-worker that I could actually tell her mood by the way she had put her eyeshadow on that morning. If it was light and nice then I knew she was in a good mood. If it was dark and defined I knew I needed to give her space.

I don't use it anymore either. Have had a rash on my face for months now and can't find a make-up that will cover it. Too expensive to keeping trying different ones either.

I love putting on the eye shadow most and the lipstick/gloss. mascara alot of times I just skip it sometimes..just alot of messiness..especially if u sweat alot or accidentally wipe at your eyes.then you end up looking like a raccoon..lol. everyone notices my eyes more..so that is whay I will define more when I wear makeup. I need to start wearing it more.

Eyeshadow can make a face very pretty. Mirrors should always be close at hand for just such accurences. Hehehe

It may be boring, but I like the foundation. I have used a powdered mineral foundation, but it got pricey, and I am not working. The thing I bought when that ran out is actually a tinted moisturizer by Aveeno. It makes my skin look pearly and fresh and seems to last all day. All of my other makeup goes on over it smoothly. It looks okay even if that is all I use. It has a sunscreen, but that is not the most important part to me. The most important part is that it makes my skin look younger.

That is an important step. I use a tinted moisturizer by Olay. I have a rash on my face though and so I am trying to find something thicker that covers better.

My favorite step of the makeup application is using an amazing natural makeup primer. It glides one and makes my face feel so silky. Many have described it as soft as a baby's butt. When I apply the primer, I use less foundation as the primer fills in all the wrinkles and pores.

No, it would not cover a rash. Makeup Primer is clear. What kind of rash do you have on your face? I have used some wonderful products that have cleared up my eczema.

I hate putting on make-up. Lip gloss, lip balm, chap stick, or lipstick are all I can stand. I can never get other stuff even or to not smudge.

I feel the same way. And they are so expensive now days. You have no way of knowing what you are getting. And they don't last long either.

Eye shadow! I love my eyes! They are expressive and they look so good with eye shadow!

celticeagle my eyes are my best feature so I use eye shadow to enhance my blue-green eyes that seem to look blue with blue clothes and more green with true green tops. my next step is lipstick and I am out of there at 83 I do not want to look overpainted up with red moons on my cheeks and the outrageous color of eye shadow. it must look natural on me even if it is just makeup.

I love eyeliner. It is my favorite step. It is the one makeup item I will put on before I leave the house, even if I'm not going to put on any other makeup. I like it because it is quick and noticable and I have fun with it. I try new colors and types of eyeliner a lot. Experimenting with different colors and textures of eyeliner make it fun and interesting to me.

Sounds like you have a fun time with it. That is how it should be.

I began my teen years with the introduction to makeup. I still enjoy putting it on. I was never as into mascara and eye shadow as other factors. I always liked lipsticks and lipglosses the best. I liked experimenting with different shades and textures. Some steps in the makeup process are also easier to remove when you change your mind and your mood.

I like that part too. You make it light or very dramatic.

I love best is applying the bronzer and making my eyes more striking. I have light brown eyes just like my dad and men are attracted to it. They would not notice it at first sight but when they would look at me longer, they will then realize that I have a pair of beautiful brown eyes. They would end up saying, " I love your eyes ".

I think make up should bring out and enhance our characteristics.
