Do you listening music at the office?

Hi mylotter friends!
Music can be a way to make people more relax while in pressure, including because of the job, but as the above title .. do you listening music at the office? I mean while working? 
In order to reduce some pressure with the job you did right now? Did your boss allow you doing that?

Yes i sometimes listen to music while working at office. My boss allows me to listen to music.

yes i do listen music all the day b'coz its feeling good while u r in pressure some kind of stress u can listening music while u r working

I do agree that music can help relieve stress and pressures from the mundanes of work
However, it can be a distraction and as such become a burden than a reliever if it is not used properly and appropriately.
In my company, our rest area is the only place to receive pipe in music over the PA system, so that office staff members could enjoy this form of relaxant.

That's right, the office's rest area will only have music as they regard it as a distraction in the office's work area.

But it is in your rest area office right? so it means that there's no music while in work time? Your boss didn't allow the employee to listen music while working?

Hi Maxilimian, Yes we have music playing all the time at work, we even sing and dance to some songs that come on, I think it helps staff morale and makes the work place pleasurable, obviously if on telephones all day long it wouldn't work but where we are in shgop or stockroom it is fine. Ooo so your boss is allowing you to hear music by your ownself as long as it didn't bother others? A tolerant boss that you have, but do you feel that he likes it? or he ignorant about it?

Yes. I do listening music while working so that i will not going to think how many work i'm going to do,the paperworks i need to finish, the deadline i need to catch. Our boss allow us to listening music while working. Maybe they think that music can get the stress out from our body. Can make our self relax in so many work we are going to do everyday.
