am thinking will it ever end? it had been told time and time again that the latest harry potter movie would be the last. do you think that this last movie is really the end? or another publicity forgotten to be reinvented? would you want the series to end in the first place?

it well end, the last part will be cut into 2 parts, so you will be still looking forward into a two movie that will add to the billion dollar industry generated by the harry potter franchise.

they're still draining what they could get. it's like oprah saying this would be her last season. of course viewers would really tune in. imagine no oprah show! no more harry potter movie but then even if they make 2 movies out of one story movie goers won't let the last movie, divided into two, be left unseen. nice move. more money than one can imagine.

well, it should be the end, since the novel ended on the seventh installment. I think there qould be a movie again, but not in 10 or 20 years time, maybe someone have an idea to reinvent the movie again with new casts and directors. Showbiz are always like that, they seems running out of idea on creating blockbuster movies and doing unnecesary recycle of a movie..

The series ends with Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The movie is being done in 2 parts. Part one is being released this year, I believe. I personally enjoyed the books and movies, but the story ended. It was left somewhat open ended, so if Rowling decided she wants to write more books she definitely can. But I don't think she will. She told the story she wants to tell. As for more movies after Deathly Hallows, I doubt it. Anyone wanting to do that would have to get Rowling's permission, and I doubt that she would grant that kind of free license with the characters she created.

yes. the next harry potter movie will be the last. it's entitled "deathly hallows". if i were not mistaken, this is where harry potter will die, and the story as well. of course i wouldn't want the series to end. i always looked forward to every sequel as it shows only every 2 years. it has become one of my favorites, considering the plots and the effects of the movie, plus the effectiveness of the characters. but all things have an end, so we should just accept that fact. happy mylotting! :)

Sadly the last 2 movies that will be shown will be the last in the series. Yes I want it to end. It should end. I don't want people to get tired of it.

the harry potter movies are going to end next year. but harry potter won't die. not in the minds and hearts of its fans. i don't think there's going to be something as good as harry potter in this lifetime anymore. the books were finished. the movies are going to end. but the lessons and everything harry potter has taught us will always remain. it would take more than an obliviation spell to make the harry potter fans forget the-boy-who-lived, the know-it-all, and the weasel. ahaha. harry potter is one of a kind.

Yes harry potter needs to end. Harry's got to be around thirty now. I even heard he has a child on the way. Just kidding, but the series should end. It had a good run. Plus harry potter and twilight in the same decade, we're all doomed.
