Switching off of upper portion of double Door fridge

1. I have a whirl pool 220 liter master mind deluxe refrigerator. I want to know whether its upper portion of can be stopped for cooling where at the same time the main(Lower) portion of the said refrigerator can running.

Wow...Are there refrigerators of that kind now. All I know is that refrigerators usually have a single control valve where both the upper and the lower portion do work at the same time.
Suggest that you check the spec with your dealer or supplier. You might also wanted to check the manual, if it says nothing about it, then it's not possible.
