further studies, further training to enhance one's skill...is there a site?

after taking university degree, and working at the corporate world - a lot times, must we wear different hats because of the multi-task culture; therefore we need to earn new skills, further training on skills that we are not an expert of.
i've been searching for one site that will provide these needs, the right training provider, the right training course, and is near my area.
i found this new site, speedycourse.com. when i checked it with alexa, this site seem genuine and has few traffic.
guys out there? are you familiar with this site?

Babyretzel. I have not ready of this site.
I can offer suggestions for courses you can take, pretty much world wide. That are well respected.
I would start with the Dale Carnegie Institute. They teach, speaking and relationship skills. In your area the site is http://www.philippines.dalecarnegie.com
I would also strongly encourage trying the 30 day mental cleanse at http://30daycleanse.com, it is great critical training and personal development skills.
That is what I personally recommend, the 30 day cleanse is free, and I do not know what the cost of a Dale Carnegie course is, I have read his books and if they are even a hint of what a course is like, I would drop 500-1000 bucks on one.
