Great books are those that contain the best materials on which the human mind can work in order to gain insight, understanding, and wisdom. Each of them, in its own way, raises the recurrent basic questions which men must face. Because these questions are never completely solved, these books are the sources and monuments of a continuing intellectual tradition.

Yes your right about that Michael!
It enable us to criticize and realize a lot of things in life just by merely reading on books. I'm not a bookworm or the type of person who always read books but I do appreciate a lot of great books mostly those novels that can really be good and books like Guinness book of world records. haha... I was able to entertain myself through reading these.

You are so cute to say so. And I know most of girls like reading novels a lot, and so do you. There are a lot of goods of reading. When I had a blind date arranged by my friends, I feelt awkward to start a conversation even I was trying to search funny stuff in my mind, but still got nohting. If I used to read a lot, at least I could 'nt be that embarrassment. In fact, reading is not just for having a good blind date,, but sharpen our mind.

hMm... so you actually tried to talk to your blind date about books and novels?
I guess it's better if you just simply asked her something about herself
as if knowing each other I guess since girls would like to talk about things about themselves or about you in a blind date.:)
