I feel a bit disappointed.

Yesterday my mother told me that we would be going to the zoo with our visiting family, and that we could pet a tiger there. I was really excited about it and I could not stop talking about it with them. I am also working this weekend (I work at a boarding facility, and even though we are closed for the holiday we still have to go in and let the dogs out twice a day). They said they might be here when I get back, (which I was only gone for two hours). I was hoping that they would stick around because I REALLY wanted to be there. I rushed back after letting the dogs out and I found that they were gone.
It is a bit upsetting because they knew how excited I was to go, and that I could pay my way into the zoo. They know that I love tigers, and how excited I was when I was told that we could pet one there. This is a bit less coherent and more rambling than my other posts here, but I am a bit upset and need a place to vent. I wanted to be there so badly.
Have you ever been left behind on a trip that you really wanted to go on?

Wasnt there a way they could get you on the way? why tell you something and they don't do it? and if possible can you go on your own? then there is that MIGHT there; might means maybe they would or maybe they won't. But it would seem to me they would do their best to make sure you go or just don't mention it to begin with; I remember a few years back, I was living with a friend and she promised to take me to the beach, but I had a previous engagement elsewhere. Now, instead of what you went through, they waited on me, but left without me and promised me she'll take me next time. Never forgot that and to this day, there is a strain in that relationship and I stopped giving her my support. Period.

Well, I also felt the same way as well. But, my advise is to try to act mature enough to accept this fact. It has been done, and you can not really take back the lost time and situation. Try to cheer up, better things await you in the world as well.

Yeah! it is always better to vent it out at the first chance you get. But keep in mind, that there are other good things you can look forward to. Best of Luck and Happy mylotting to you!

If you could pay your way into the zoo then why didn't you just catch up?
