Welfare Fraud woman caught! Unreal!

these people should be made to pay back every cent and if they cant they can work it off in jail until they do at 1 dollar a day.

very sad, I hope she is made to pay back every penny plus interest and tons of community service at a food bank or shelter so she can see what it looks like when you really do need it!

Wow! I am so glad she got caught and I hope she is punished big time! I work my butt off everyday at work making a measly salary just to survive and barely make it by and here is someone using tax dollars that come off my measly check to cheat the system!! What is wrong with some people. On the same topic, I was talking to a woman the other day who was receiving welfare benefits and she was complaining about the system and how it was so wrong that she was not allowed any luxuries like a car, etc...can you imagine! She is sitting on her butt all day while I work and still can't afford luxuries and she was expecting hard working tax payers to buy her a car and other luxuries. Some people must have bad wiring in their brains to think like this!!

I agree with you. My cousin is a single mom of three. She is about to get evicted from their home, because she cannot afford to pay her bills, food, etc. Anyway, she gets $300 a month in child support. She is on disability, but due to the $300 she gets in child support, she only gets a disability check for $55. And they won't let her sign up for welfare or food stamps because of the child support. I cannot believe this. I am a single mom of four. I work part time, but do not get any child support. But the county I live in gives me $800 a month for food stamps. How is this right? There are people out there like myself and my cousin who honestly need a little help. Thankfully, I am getting most of what I need. But then there are these people out there who are getting benefits that they shouldn't be, or the ones that keep having kids just so that they can get more money every month. Something needs to be done.

God, this is awfully embarrassing. Such thick-skinned, thick-faced people. Don't they realize that they're robbing from the ones who really need these aids the most? Hope those arrested people will learn their lesson this time.

People are selfish. Instead of thinking that there are other people that really need the assistance let me go out and work they prefer to fraud the system, not knowing that there are system to catch them sooner then later.

hi newtalent this woman was really a monster, she had a home, a Maserati and yet she lies and they do not catch on, well wow, I got some assistance as I and my son were evicted but if we had had those assets we sure would have been fine. push comes to shove this idiot criminal could have sold that terribly expensive car and lived for years on the money she had spent on it.How did she manage to lie in such a way that they never checked on her statements? I mean she broke the law but those who helped her to get all those benefits also aided her, how come they never questioned her about the maserti or the house? unless she drove a clunker when going to the welfare office. also her clothes would not they be aq tip off that she had real money? Ipray to God every day for my social security and ssi checks, I am physically handicapped, that pay for my staying here as we had lost our apartment when my son lost his job.. He is getting a little help on gov.assisted apt for the three roommate and himself. as they are all still out of wo rk.

Hi, newtalent. I am just in total awe here. How in the world did she manage to just pull all of this off here??? I could not tell one lie on my TANF application without showing some kind of proof to verify it. Or to give more information on what I specified on the application. How did she manage to pull this off?? What she did was wrong! That is why it is so hard for others to receive benefits. It is because people that are like her! No wonder they reduced the welfare benefits to an lower amount now.

I have to say they really need to do prison time for theft and also when they get out have to pay back every single penny they stole. It irks me because there are those who really need help and people like this make it so hard for those who need it to get assistance.

We barely have welfare here in the Philippines and so I cannot imagine how she could have amassed that amount. We do not have unemployment benefit probably because if we did then the government would go bankrupt. Nevertheless, greed is a universal trait, and the woman was simply greedy. There are a lot of people who depend on welfare while she had a Maserati!

wow.... how the heck did she manage to get that much benefits.... You have to wonder how easy it is to get these benefits... Here in UK I get paid an amount of money every week, but I spend it on food etc, so it basically comes straight back out.. I certainly could not afford half the things this woman has got... it makes me wonder how many other people are beating them system, but not showing it in the way this woman did! It is disgusting that people can get away with this kind of thing, and it's good that this woman has been caught out...

This is a disgrace when so many families are struggling to get by in this day and age!!
