Yeah these stuff are right. Stress though can also be good. But, chronic stress is bad for your health. We can not avoid stress but we can just minimize it.

Thanks for the tips on how to reduce stress. You forgot to include "laughter" there. Like chatting jokes with friends, or watching good comedy videos and movies. Do you agree, laughter is the best medicine?

I agree, laughter is a good medicine, I wouldn't consider it the best, but it will help a lot that's for sure.

Thanks for the tips. I am one of those who encounter stress on a daily basis. I would like to add avoidance of the stress itself. If a certain person makes you stressful, avoid that person and accept that both of you have differences. Instead of dealing with the problem, just avoid it and lessen your stress. Sometimes,we have to leave things unresolved--you'll be surprised that after sometime it will no longer be that huge problem anymore.

Relaxing and creative problems have always helped soothe my stress. I love to paint, draw, and do crafts and I find nothing absorbs me more and helps me feel better after a stressful day than getting caught up in a creative pursuit. Stress has so many dangerous side-effects, it's so important to keep it in check!
