high tuition fees every semester

I really hate those institution that rise their tuition fees every semester. They always adding another fees on out assessment form like internet fee dental fees as if we use this.

I have also encountered this problem since I have enrolled myself with the course, they always find it important to raise the fees either it is for the facilities they are offering though we do not find any big difference or they simply say that it was important for the University.
