Have you a big idea to succed in business online?

Most people have big ideas several times a year, but they never carry them any further because they have doubts or lack some of the knowledge required. Nobody wants to give their idea away to some anonymous person or company to profit from. That goes against the grain with me anyway. I have a big idea at the moent that I am working on. Is there anyone else in the same position?

I have no big idea of my own, but I feel in with a huge group of people, and they WANT to share there idea with EVERYONE. Because the more people they can help become successful, the more they will be successful, and everyone works together to help everyone else.

Ouch. That would suck, usually I can work around that. However, I really do not know which call Richard took this section of audio from.
Whenever you have the ability else where. I hate that in this day and age, we have limitations on communication, seriously, it should be unlimited everything for the same low price, because does it really cost more for the company to connect that call? Or for the information to go through those wires, or over that wireless connection, I doubt it.
Just what I think mind you, I could very easily be wrong.

They tell me the charges by the satellite owners are the issue, charge per meg

Thanks for that gem. I will check it out, but I don't do video or sound at home, because of bandwidth limitations on my satellite broadband package. I could use a week's bandwidth in 10 mins, then I would be offline for 6 days.

I am studying business administration. Our professors constantly give us assignments where we are to brainstorm to get new business ideas. They must be completely unique. Otherwise, we don't get points.
However, when it comes to coming up with ideas that include internet the professors go all negative. They told us to not think about it. Instead concentrate on doing something for real world. Actually, online businesses excel when they come out totally new.
I have a few business ideas. I studied marketing. Once during those days I had a dream of a new product for the kitchens. I am planning on changing it into a reality. I know once it comes out the kitchens in the entire world will get a new adddition to them.

Great stuff...Your professors are right... Internet products are not usually designed to meet a need, just to sell the idea on to others, who sell it to others...I hope you go ahead with your idea. Don't leave it tool late

Sounds like a great education you are getting! I wish I had studied something like that, because then I would be more used to getting these ideas and visualizing them. Now I struggle with it. So do everything that the professors tell you, and think of your own ways to apply these things online, and you should be fine!

I sometimes think on the possibilities of owning an online business, owning a website like MyLot. I am always reminded of the quote, "The best way to reach the top of the ladder is to own the ladder."
Sometimes, when using some traffic exchange websites, I wonder if I can own one too. Imagine the earnings potential of having people join your site looking for ways to increase traffic to their sites, and then have them upgrade and pay you money. Nice idea? I guess, nice. Some others have done it already. Instead of being the one surfing, they owned the traffic exchange site to make a lot of money!

yes I also get a big idea to earn big money online all I need now is to earn enough money to provide it well I'm new in this kind of thing, all I need is $20 to start it. I really don't want to use my own money on that idea because it may not work but I think the possibility of it is 90% success.

If it has a 90% chance of success, it would seem a pretty safe bet to me. You should invest the $20 in it. If you don't believe $20 worth, nobody else is going to.

believe what you believe and ignore others if you are sure about your idea. otherwise, just throw away your idea. people fail from the start when they have doubt on their own idea. you can't sell or work with your idea if you still have any doubt of it.

I have just had a big idea... well in the last day or so, I'm not the first to think this idea but i have found a market that's not saturated yet. I'm aware that though i may make some good money from it, I'll need to do other things. So I'm sticking with my spreadsheet of different ideas until it starts to pay.
I had lots of big ideas the first few months i was officially unemployed, but it's not until they stopped me claiming the jobseekers that i really started doing lots. I think big ideas are great but sometimes you need to just go for anything until you find the things to drop and the things to run with.

I think you are right to keep lots of balls in the air. Big ideas don't always work out, especially when promoted on a budget of next to nothing. Necessity is the mother of invention and there is nothing like unemployment and a mortgage to focus the mind.

You are never going to get rich on mylot. This is fine for discussions and debate, but not for making more than a few cents a day
