Just now I went over the discussions I have started to read the responses I got and I found out that the most recent discussion I had regarding my earning here got deleted. Why? Am I missing anything? Are we not supposed to mention anything having to do with our achievements here? Please enlighten me.

There are a few examples of earnings-related discussions, and once we pick them apart it should be clear why myLot earnings discussions - in general - are commonly referred to as "not allowed". Example 1: I finally reached payout. Why? This is a milestone. From the discussion guidelines: DON'T Start discussions promoting a milestone, such as birthdays, anniversaries, reaching a certain myLot rating, etc. This is best celebrated via private messaging with your myLot friends. Example 2: I made a dollar off of responding to 50 discussions, so myLot must pay 2 cents per post. Why? This statement incorrectly attempts to break down the myLot earnings algorithm (this is documented in the guidelines). It's also terribly misleading. Example 3: I just joined myLot and I've responded to 3 discussions but I don't have any earnings. Why? The answer is right on the earnings page and there's no need to start a discussion about it. New members are greeted with this: Welcome to myLot! We've noticed that you're a new user, and you're probably wondering when your earnings will appear on this screen. Don't worry! Earnings update once approximately every 24 hours. Check back tomorrow and your earnings will appear on this page. Example 4: Why don't I have any earnings for yesterday? Why? From the FAQs on earnings: It is not necessary to post a discussion about your earnings not updating. If your earnings are not up to date, then nobody's earnings are up to date. If you think there is a real issue concerning your earnings that we have not noticed or it pertains only to you, please contact myLot if your earnings have not updated within a 48 hour period.

You are correct. We're not supposed to talk about your earnings. It mentions it in the Terms of Service.

hi cutie it could be and probaly was because fifteen or twenty others had posted similar posts about their earnings too. also if you made a discussion about how you had reached certain earnings you just broke the rule about not discussing goal posts on earnings, or achievements. they say if you want to brag pm your friends about this instead. hope this helps also read all the my lot info then you wo uld know all the dos and donts a bout making discussions.

I agree with Hatley that our earnings should be our own business and should not be told to everyone about it. I think if we read the rules and regulations well and follow them most probably our discussions would not get deleted. I think it is not good to talk about how much one earn or earning in the discussions.

remember this, our earnings are all our own business and none of yours so do not make disucssions asking how much i made, as I will not tell you and you will again get a discussion deleted. read all the information mylot so thoughtfully provided for us.

Yes, we aren't allowed to discus our earnings in here as we are all paid differently, as it dep;ends on the quality of our posts. Mylot uses and algorthm to figure our earnings, so we aren't allowed to speculate what we make per post, nore are we allowed to say what we have already made, as it is a violation, and subject to deletion. You aren't the only one that has done that though, as lots of others have done the sane thing and lost their discussions and earnings. At least now you know, so you are aware what not to do the next time. Good luck to you and happy mylottingl.

Yup, You are not allowed to mention or post speculations about how earnings are calculated. Best thing to do to avoid this is to read the TOS!

Hello cutie, That's why it's imperative to READ the mylot faq, rules and guidelines so that you wouldn't loose your topic just in case it's a violation. if that discussion was deleted then no doubt it's a real violation. i don't need to enlighten you, read the rules

yes your right since we got paid for every valid post here, i dont think mylot will pay for the post about our earnings and if they will allow us then imagine how many members will just going to post their earnings and how much money mylot will going to pay for it its not easy for them to just give out that much money.

You know, I actually am not sure, but I do think that MyLot wants to keep earnings secret. Because, really, they don't tell anyone how they determine your earnings, or how much you get per discussion. all I know is, it takes a lot of time to get up to another dollar. They constantly encourage people to get referrals, et cetra, et cetra, but they never tell how much you earn exactly with each thing you do. I think the only thing you can be sure of in your earnings are the tasks, and sometimes those aren't even worth the trouble. I'm new to this too, and so far the only thing I've done to earn money is write as many discussions as I can stand. So, no Cutie18f, I do not think we are allowed to talk about earnings. Don't be surprised if this post even gets deleted, and we haven't even talked dollars!

Yes, that's because the earnings depend on the quality of our posts not the quantity. Must say that mylot is fair enough in paying us for the discussion. It's hitting two birds with one stone here, learning and sharing, and earning! Sounds great, right?

I did notice that. There were a few email notifications I got about my responses being deleted. Those discussions were about myLot member's sharing how much they got during myLot payouts.
