For me it is going to be Messi, Ronaldo and Rooney. I want to see how these three superstars perform for their team and take them through. I think of the three, Ronaldo has the least support from the rest of the team.
Who are your three players to watch?
Cheers!

for me it goin to be Messi, Rooney and Villa... i think one of them will get the golden boot.. CR9 form for country not been as a prolific goal scorer.. he has only 20 something goals for portugal. and lst nite game also showed a dull ronaldo jst using trickery and pace. he mite assist a lot.. Villa has a good chance to kill dis WC as he has been in good form for club and country.. torres mite not start and this will give spain d chance to set him a lot of times..

villa is a hard workin player.. barca has bought him cuz his work rate is only second to eto in terms of strikers.. maybe rooney plays also as deep as him.. in terms for finishin he is up there wid toress d only prob wid villa is like eto he can jst go silent in games and not do anything at all.. he is own enemy..

I would like to give a different opinion.. When it comes to this world cup it would mostly be the strikers would would be in hot prospect to watch for. So i would like to see RVP, Rooney and Aguero as the key persons to watch in this worldcup as they will treat their nations with a goal feast. Messi is also in top form but argentina is different from barcelona. In barcelona messi was the key but in Argentina everyone especially the strikers are the key.

I agree with your first 2 players but I think Rooney will not see out the tournament due to injury.
He was over played by Manchester United, even at the end of the football season when it was obvious he was not fully match fit. I think there will be a new star who shines through for the England football team.
Not long to wait
