Vegas Baby!

I went to the 7-11 the other day and bought an iced coffee. I also had bought a powerball ticket and a scratch of lotto from the cashier.
As I was scratching off the ticket, another cashier who was checking me out earlier(I was sure he was attracted to me)asked me, "why don't you buy a powerball ticket so WE can go to Vegas?!" He mentioned he had never seen Vegas and had always wanted to go. I mentioned I had already bought a powerball, but that he talked me into it, and I decided to buy a few more. Who knows, maybe it's a sign?
I thought he was joking about Vegas, but as he printed out the extra ticket, he bit a little corner off the ticket with his teeth, almost claiming it. He mentioned the ticket he had bit, and showed it to me, mentioning that that would be our ticket.
So, I ask you mylotters: If you were to win the 120 Million Powerball, which is on Wednesday, tomorrow, would you get this guy a ticket to Vegas? Furthermore, would you travel with him to Vegas? Or, would you just get him a ride on Greyhound and "leave the driving to them?"

Well I would sure not care for such imposition. I would not care to take him/ her anywhere with me. You as a patron have the right to buy your ticket, is your money, so when did it become a clerk's divinity for you to win the lotto? So this reply is late and I take it you did not win it? Now you can tell him to stop jinksing patrons with his nasty germs on the tickets LOL

HAhAHAHA! No, I did not win it. If I had, I would have sent out some money to the people who responded to this post LoL, or maybe had them come with me to Vegas, Lol, instead of him. Hahahahha.

oh you are so nice!!!! well, I think is worthy keep trying, just not invest too much and maybe try a vendor that does not like to take a bite out of your winnings LOL

Hey coffeegurl! I would say that he definitely is a flirt and
wonder how many more tickets he bit!lol And since I am so not
into buying those tickets because my boyfriend is a "ticket
addict" I can't even look at those things anymore! Everytime
I turn around he is "scratching"! He wins, goes out gets more,
loses, wins, goes out gets more! He does this all day long
during the days he is off work! I just don't believe that I
would win, and if I did win a pot that size I would keel over
and die, I mean really die from a heart attack! But, good luck
to you and "ticket biting cashier"!

Well, I would definitely be shocked. I would have a fun time pretending like I was still poor and keeping the secret to myself for a while. Then, I would act like everything was normal, and get a good friend or family member to go on a "road trip" to the state capital for "fun day." If they ask..just say that you have never explored the state capital before, and it may be lots of fun.
When we get there, I ask if we can stop at the lotto department, just cause I want to "check something out." Hahah!

Sure, I'd buy him a ticket--and pay for his hotel for a weekend and give him some gambling money. But I'd send him by himself!
I should buy a Powerball every once in awhile but I never think of it. A couple of dollars a month would not obliterate my budget but it might just give me a bit of fun and maybe a win every so often.
