dog's oxygen chamber

my friend has a dog and the dog has he's got a collapse trachea and as he gets older, and my friend says that it becomes more difficult for him to breathe. so the dog has this very sophisticated oxygen chamber equipment that makes me want to be her puppy har har har. but my friend is sad and she hopes that her dog will be with them for a little longer. i just wanted to share this picture, for this is my first time to see something like this.

i have never seen something like this before too. i only saw it on the pictures on her FACEBOOK. it was very cool to see an oxygen chamber but of course not very cool to hear that the dog is sick. thanks a lot for the response jen, enjoy your weekend.

I hope your friends dog will get better from using this equipment. It is wonderful how far veterinary medicine has come that such a thing is possible! Your friend must really love her dog a lot to have this for him.

yes that is true that she loves her dog so much thats why i always kid her around that i want to be her puppy har har har. yes indeed medicine has come along way on making sophisticated things not only for human but for pets as well. thanks a lot for the response and welcome to the world of mylot.

I am so sorry for this little one, she is restricted and confined in a box to live and she cannot enjoy the quality of life. I find it very selfish for your friend, I wish she would let her go because the poor thing cannot enjoy things that a dog should enjoy. by the way why did this dog's trachea collapsed?

i don not think my friend is selfish because she bought this box and it is so expensive just for her dog to be with them for much longer. and the dog is not there all the time. he still lives a normal but restricted life. it is like a medication that he goes there like three times a day, or more if the dog is not feeling well. he also plays around the house and even cuddles on the chair. i really dont know why the dog's trachea collapsed, maybe he is just really a weak dog. thanks a lot for the response. is that your dog on your avatar... he is cute.
