being a mother

what is the meaning of the word MOTHER to you? for me it means EVERYTHING. why so? Being a mother is a sacrifice just like what my mother did. She sacrifice herself staying in a marriage for 30 years for the sake of her children but deep inside she lives in hell. what can i say? i love u mom!

Hi, For me being a mother is the essence of being a woman.Its the best thing one could ever feel,specially in giving birth.Being a mother will make you complete.

you are right zsarhea.. you will more appreciate your mother when you got your own family and have kids of your own.. you will give your children the love that only a mother can give.

yeah and the sad thing now is that im far from my daughter and my mom is taking care of her...have to work hard to give her a much better life...mother always wants the best for their kids right?

Your mother is an epitome of the ultimate sacrifice, I salute her for that and I cannot judge her for staying in a marriage for 30 years in hell. I am a mother too, but I cannot probably stay in a marriage if it means I have to bear the sufferings and pain my husband would inflict on me. I still want to live a happy and normal life where my kids can see how happy we are as a family, not mold them into thinking we are a happy family even if we are not. I am blessed though to have found a loving and responsible father to my kids and I thank God for it. Pray for your mom too so she can have peace of mind and heart. Good luck!

your right! she is now free cos after 30 years of living in hell she decided to move on without my father she just waited for us her children to be stable and now we are . i really adore my mother. her way of loving us. mothers are the best people on earth created by GOD. thank you LORD!

Kids are supposed to think their mothers are everything. That is the reason she stayed for you kids. Sometimes it's easier to stay and be unhappy, then it is to take a chance that we will lose everything in search of our own happiness.
