Changing avatar

Hello I feel like a total newb here. For some reason I am unable to change my avatar and was wondering if anyone could give me some help. Thanks in advance!!

At the very top, profile. That will get you into edit profile.

And preferences that will get you to where you can change the things you can not edit on your profile. Such as your location and avatar and website, etc.
