how to buffer the videos quickly in youtube

hi frnds
i have a slow internet connection when i wish to see the videos frm the utube !!!
its taking too much time to get bufferd is there any way to watch it quickly or is there any softwares u reccmnd ??? to clear my problem
plz help me as early as possible!!!!!!!
