Do you agree that it is better to steal than to be a gay?

I got across this television show wherein one of the judges wears a black shirt with words on it that says "it is better for kid to steal than to be a gay" and I find that very ridiculous. In my opinion, that statement is wrong and non-sense. I will never ever tolerate nor accept stealing regardless of any reasons. And gays are already accepted in the society so why say it is better to steal? I myself do not encourage every male in town to be gay but I will never ever want anybody to steal anything. What about you? What is your opinion on this?

I will print a T shirt that says'It is better to be friends with a gay than to be the son of a homophobic father'.
Gay people are born that way ,like a third gender, either you are or you are not,its not a choice,just like i cannot choose to be a woman psychological and physically when i am born a straight man.

Who ever came up with that line? Its not against the law to be a gay. And stealing is definitely a crime. That really doesn't make any sense. I just hope he/she is not serious about that line. Its really discriminating.

I agree with you that it is ridiculous to say such a think end of the day its peoples choice to be gay and it makes them happy it is not a criminal activity to be gay like it is to steal. I do not see how the two can be compared at all.

stealing has never been acceptable to the society and never been a good things to do while gay is already acceptable in the society and as long as they didnt give harm then i dont think they will be considered as as sin. its not nice for the kids to hear those words as they will rather think that its alright to steal. i saw that show, thats between "tado" and "vice" both are judge of one of our country's local television show.

Yes I agree with you. I am glad you have watched it and I also don't see the point why there is a need to wear that kind of shirt especially on national television. I have also noticed a lot of comments here says that they can't see the connection between stealing and being a gay. Why compare an act to a sexuality? Yes that is the big question because the shirt says that. And most of respondents don't agree with it.

if you get caught stealing you will end up in jail
when you end up in jail you're probably gonna be gay in the next couple of days
or if you don't turn gay you will be forced to do gay acts
i don't ever wanna go to jail

Obviously it is so ridiculous.Many researches show Whether or not being gay is inborn ,so if someone is gay,it is not his wish or his fault at all! Being a gay is not harm to anyone else it is only his own choice,but commiting stealing does harm to other people .So it is quite clear which is correst and which is wrong.

I think this comment is totally wrong because gays are human beings too and we should never be judging people so much, to steal firstly is a crime because you are taking something which belongs to others and this is much worst than being gay to me, one cannot compare stealing to human being after all.

YES! gays are accepted. ... For that reason u can see that kind of shirts. . on TV! in a show that maybe lots of people watch every day.

Well first of all i totally dont agree with the gay thing. I don't want anymore gays in the society even though it leave more girls available for me
. Secondly i don't tolerate stealing. What i want to know is what does stealing has to do with being gay?

Something similar is "Better be a liar than to be deaf to the truth thats told". Example:
1. A is wealthy and he says I have no money. He's a liar.
2. A still wealthy but admit he does have money. B hear him saying this but believe A is only poor.
Who do you think is worse of the two? A or B
