I think the actress was the same one that was in Forest Gump. Message In A Bottle was a good movie. Do you like Kevin Kostner? I am not real big on him although Dances With Wolves is one of my alltime favorites. Have you seen anything else lately? What else have you seen lately?

I usually watch an old war movie or two on Memorial Day myself. I saw a good program on PBS this year. Nice. Talk to you soon. I am without internet until Weds. Have to go to the library. Have one hour which is not nearly enough.

That's been on my To Watch List for quite awhile now. I've only read the book, but I cried buckets over that. I'm a softy though, so it probably doesn't take much for me to tear up. I believe it's one of the more faithful adaptations of Nicholas Sparks's novels. As a novel, it's much better than some of his other works, such as "A Walk to Remember" and "The Notebook", in my opinion. I loved "A Walk to Remember" the movie, so I hope I'll like the adaptation of "Message in a Bottle" as well.

Hey LKo,
I don't think I've seen it-is it a good watch? If so, I'll find it online & watch b/c I like most of Kevin Costners movies.

I haven't seen it yet because, like you said, I heard it had a sad ending. I am so not into sad endings these days. I need happy, happy or just shoot 'em up movies. One day, I'll be emotional ready to watch those sad endings again.
