You seriously need to check with a doctor. vitamins might help a little like the other post-er said. But it sounds like a sugar level problem. Like after you eat it plunges which puts your body into a thick sleep mode. The headache can be a symptom of lower sugar levels too.. or higher ones. Really, you can at least check your sugar level when you get that weird sleep thing going on...

Sounds like you need to be on a good vitamin. Your energy levels sound low. And sometimes jobs can get so boring that it makes you want to fall a sleep. If you are not getting enough rest before going to work that could be the cause of the headaches. Vitamins, lots of sleep and drink plenty of water.

That could be because of the foods you're eating and how much you're eating.
I usually feel quite sleepy in the summer, especially nowadays all I want to do is get in my bed and fall asleep. I think it's partially because of the warm weather. I do get at least 10 hours of sleep most days so it can't be lack of sleep...

Yes, I do feel sleepy during the day, especially during Noon. Some of the reasons of this are that it is scorching heat outside, I usually don't like to work during daytime and also because I am immensely tired with all the activities I do starting from early morning.
It's not that I get a headache or something, just that I love to take a long nap so I feel refreshed in the evening, and refreshed I feel. Also some research states that sleeping in the noon increases the chances that you will live for more than 100 years, now how cool is that.
