I am wondering which is better technique in my online shop. Is it better if I post the prices or not. I have lots of competitors online and if they could see my prices lower than them, they might re track their prices. But, I am thinking the possible buyers that don't like sending emails or messages just to inquire. Please help me.

its better to post the price coz if not then you will received a lot of email nor messages just asking for the price of the item then they will not going to take it, besides if you will not post the price and they will ask you and you give the price you will still dont know how much price others will offer. better include in the description of your item that the price is negotiable.

i am not into selling products or online shopping, but i have seen a lot of sites that have posted the prices of their products. if i have to go into online shopping, if i have products to sell, i will also post their prices.

Post the price because in my experience's if there's no prices posted on a shop site I wont shop there because I dont like having to send emails and Waite to recive a reply from the shop owner before I can buy its annoying, so post those prices and I think things may work out better for you.

While I know you are thinking about the competition from competing prices, I would suggest posting prices. Prices on the site let the customer calculate what they need for how much at that moment so they don't need to email for prices which equals waiting, which many people do not like to do. Also whenever I cannot find a price on a web site I simply skip it to the next shop.

To do well in an online shop, you need a cute/pretty model to model your clothes. That'll really sell well. I've seen a lot of online shops in my country that started from online, and after that they moved on to having a real physical shop. Your price should be competitively priced, and of course, your clothes should be pretty and stylish too.

I often buy things online. But it is easier for me if I immediately see the price than to ask. I felt like I'm a nuisance to keep on asking the price when I am not going to buy it. What I mean here is that we don't buy immediately right? We have to know the price yet and sometimes we would find it a little expensive. So as a buyer it is easier for me to make up my mind if the price is there already.

I think it's best to post prices.. If your products and services are good, then people would definitely buy. Don't care about competitors, because I believe consumers are looking for honest sellers and products that are genuine and that they are satisfied with.

me and my wife loves shopping on line. we would rather want to see the prices clearly posted so it is much easier us to decide. specially my wife. she does not like buy something that is not worth or something that is over her budget. so we do want something that we see clearly. that applies also even when we shop at malls. some of them does not have tag prices and it really is taking much time than just seeing the prices there already.

The answer to your Hamlet like soliloquy is to post. When I shop online the first thing I look at to quickly make my way through the options is the price. I quickly skip over many things that are too pricey or can't find the price for. Its best to post.

I would post the prices I were you. I have an online gallery and in the beginning I didn't post my prices, but I got emails from people asking me to post the prices and I have done that now. If you don't post your prices, people can send you an email and ask about the prices, but many people choose to find a different shop instead of asking for the prices, simply because it is easier and faster than writing an email. If you post your prices your competitors will be able to see them and that can be a disadvantage, but missing out on customers is worse I think.

well you should post it because a lot of people have this habit called canvassing they love canvassing items if you show your price the great possibility that you will be included on their choice

I think you have to post the price of the item. Many customer compares the prices of an item in different store. If you post the price, you can win customers. Business is a winning or lossing customer. Business is a competition. Don't be afraid to compete with your competitors.

From my personal point of view, if I look at an item on the internet and there is no price then I will go on to the next person that has it with a price posted. It takes too long for me to send an inquiry, wait for a response, then shop other sites to see if it is the best price/has the best features and then order. I want to know what I am looking at, all the details and the price when I look at the item the first time.

Hmm... dilema... It is important that your prices are easily viewable, otherwise potential buyers may be discouraged from purchasing off of your site. You could think about averaging out your prices and saying like we are on average 10% cheaper then our nearest competitiors or something along those lines
