What will you if your boss does not believe in your performance?

Lately i have a newly appointed boss, everybody come with their peak performance to show and to be distinguished, but for a month i fell something unusual discomfort in my job. he let others do things i usually do and its in my job description. do i have to exert more effort or wait till recognized????

Some employer experience that. I suggest just do your job. Do your best about your job. If your boss did not recognized you now, time will come he will realized your effort on your work. Be patient, and don't stop to work hard same thing you did from your former boss.

thanks marky! i hope so.. they wont kick me out there... God knows how i am dedicated to my work since day one....
