Japan and feminine wash

I've been in Japan for almost two months already and the feminine wash I brought with me will soon be consumed. I started looking for it in the supermarket as well as the drugstores here but unfortunately, there is none. I learned that females here in Japan doesn't use it. I was really shocked. I could buy it online via amazon and other sites but wouldn't it be more convenient to have it here in the supermarkets? I should have brought with me lots if I knew..
