What time of the day do you shower?

Do you normally shower in the morning before going out or in the evening before going to sleep? When I was still in the Philippines, I couldn't go out without taking my shower but here in Japan, I've already started taking the shower before going to sleep. I guess, they would have the idea of you sleeping on your bed or futon dirty when you don't shower at night especially when you're staying with friends for the night.
