myLot pop-up anyone? / myLot

I haven't been on here much recently, but for the last few days whenever I've opened myLot I get this strange pop-up advertising myLot and giving me the option of getting an account. As I already have an account, and am actually already logged on in the window behind the pop-up I find this very strange and extra annoying. And pop-ups are just annoying anyway as they slows down whatever you're doing because you have to click them closed. I love myLot normally, but this is making me dislike the site a little tiny bit...

Why is this happening? Is anyone else getting this? How do I turn it off???

I have not had that at all... but it may be worth your while to complain to the admin about it, and see if there is anything that they can do to stop this from happening, so you can continue to enjoy My Lot as you do

Thanks rosie. I might do that if it continues for much longer. It is bugging me quite a bit. Is it just me I wonder??

Hi Liquorice, I have all pop ups blocked so I haven't experienced this at all but can imagine how annoying it must be for. Only suggestion I canmake is contact admin about it. Huggles. Ellie :D

Hi Ellie, nice to hear from you. Good idea to block your pop-ups. I might consider doing that. Not just because of the myLot one, (which I now know how to avoid thanks to owlwings!) but because I find all pop-ups very annoying and pointless. Thanks for your reply.
