to be honestly,i love trevelling ,but only when i have spare time and energy.if i feel really tired,i prefer staying in the home all day than hanging out with guys.
after a big exam and long trip,i feel my energy is not enough like before,i don`t know why, even though i have good sleeping, still feeling very tired all day.
any body could tell me how to change that?i already have many work to do,so always sleeping is absolutly a good way to go.

For me, enjoying life is enjoying whatever you do. I love to travel once in a while. I get to see places, taste their local cuisine and gain new experience. So I guess traveling is one of the way to enjoy life for me. It doesn't have to be a far places and need a lot of money, just go to a place near your area.

I would rather call it a chance to discover what life really means to us,though I m not quite fanatic with travelling. Once I met some elders who have next set their feet out of the village they lived, i was feeling sorry for them to be caged in somehow, but through a glimpse of their smile, i saw they flushing with satisfaction and joy.

As far as I am concerned, I think I do agree that the travelling is one of the way to enjoy life in the world. In my life, the most efficient way for me to relax and enjoy can be travelling to the place that I dream to. In the dreaming places, my heart can be so wide, and realx so much. I can forget the most that are unhappy things in my life.

To be truthful about it, I hate travelling. I get dizzy having to take rides, a lot of times I'd vomit. Another thing, I have this negative feeling each I travel especially when the driver is reckless, I always have accidents in mind. I am also very poor at taking the plane or the boat. The negative side of it always makes me sick.

yah i think so... travelling gets you to enjoy views and [laces you havent been into. But of course you have to make it sure your budget aloows such an activity. otherwise, choose places that are near your area and that doesnt require more cash outlay. It's definitely very unwinding and rewarding. Just make sure the place has very interesting spots or tourist attractions. Set aside schedule that will enable you to pack those bags!!!

I think that traveling is one way to enjoy life. I know I have been on some very enjoyable trips to different countries in the world. I love to travel by train because during the day I can look out the window. In the night time I can sleep in a comfortable compartment. There is lots of leg room. Traveling by bus is no as enjoyable but still it is a way to reach new places. I travel by plane to go to a long haul destination. The best thing about a plane is it is very fast and it can go anywhere. Traveling can be tiring but the destination is worth it. Sleeping at night it great but in the day it can be a waste of time. Eating a healthy diet and doing some exercise might help your energy levels. Good luck with the traveling that you do.

Hi noquite, i like travelling, travelling in the train for long distance with the family members. We can see the greenery, trees and plants also we make friends. Once we travelled to our brother's marriage place. While travelling we had lot of fun, singing songs, listening songs and playing chess etc. It was unforgettable enjoyment, while travelling, in my life.

Yes since I love traveling its just that I do not have much money and time yet. But if time come that I will be able to do that, I will definitely will and in traveling you will forget all your work at office or school - unwind. But I also agree that sleeping is the best way to gain energy but maybe you are so stressed and got a lot of work to do, so you feel so tired immediately. Try to pause or stop on your daily work and spend more fun time with yourself or pamper yourself sometime, after that go back to work.

Yes it is! The earth is a beautiful place and there are lots of places to visit. A lot of us are busy with work or school, so don't think too big yet -- research about good places in your area that you can visit on the weekend, and while you're still busy, try to save money for a big trip once you have free time.
