A Forgotten Song

There's a very old song that I'd like to remember. It was sung by a guy and has the lyrics "What would I do without you now?" That's the only part I remember. It's a sad song. Does anybody have an idea what song this is?

well i need more information and maybe i can help you out remembering it like is it from the 80 or 90 or what and what type of music is it. Is it rap,rock,pop, thats all i need to know and most likely i can find it and maybe i might know it from heart not sure xD

Thanks. I think it's from the '70s or '80s. I don't know who sang it. It's ballad.

Is it country by Ray Charles? "If you leave me If you grieve me, What would I say without you to see me through.. if you hurt me if you desert me what would i do without you to see me through... this is an old country song and i like it...
