Walking in the morning, when the air is still cool, the sun was still warm and green garden full of flowers, plus the dew-dew is still wet leaves can certainly reduce your tension.

Hi manish, there is nothing like going for a long walk by yourself to reduce tension and stress. You feel wonderful after you have walked for about half an hour or an hour and your mind has settled down. It also helps your body in more ways than one ...

For all I know the easiest way and one of the best exercise that you can do to release some of our tensions is the walking exercise during night time after dinner for about an hour or even 20mins...I tried it & it really is relieving, you will get a good sleep at night. Some also say that swimming is one best way to reduce stress & tension, some also say that biking is the best, just try among these & see what you feel more comfortable for you to do it as often.

For me, best exercise to reduce your tension is deep breathe, relax your mind and body. Then walking, try to walk everyday its the best and safe exercise, i know.

there is no other medicine for this than sharing ur feelings wit ur friends r relatives and spend jovially outside wwit them.avoid loneliness,its the cause for all health hazards .if u r in a different place like when u r attending interview,the best way is to take a deep breath and release(exhale) repeatedly.

Better take a deep breath and drink a glass of water.
Then,do some simple exercise,like jogging at place,bending inhale/exhale.
You can also add some music if you want to.
Or you can go around,stroll at the park and have some fresh air.

Try Yoga and Pranayam. This will definitely help to reduce tension. Also, go for a walk with the one who love to talk to and talk about the issue which is causing tension.
I try these when feel tensed and they work for mw.
