Have you ever been late for work?

I've never been late in my work this year. We have a perfect attendance bonus and I'm looking after the bonus. A year back, I had a suspension for one day because of absence without calling. It's very hard cause I can't file any sick leave or vacation leave for the absence, it cost me a lot. Well, it's the price I have to pay for being irresponsible.

I have been late several times, but the day before i told my boss that i will be late for some personal reason, or in case of emergency.

I can say that for four years that I've been working, I might have been late for about 30 times in my life. I've never been given a memo or fired or received any verbal warning for that. But I know that shameful as it is, it can be a ground for termination.

I am late most of the time. I am suppose to arrive in my workplace at 8 am but I arrive at 8:15 or 8:35 am. Its funny cause even if I am that late, my boss doesnt tell me anything. He didnt even warn me yet. I think its because he is ashamed of himself cause he is also late all the time. lol

yes i have.. and the worst part is it's my company and my office didn't really set a good example for my guys that day..

Very rarely I have been late to my work, and the times that I had some disadvantage, notice with time in order that my chief knows and this way to avoid to be sanctioned.

I'm late almost everyday and yes I was able to receive a memo, i think several times but they didn't give me any suspension. It's because they couldn't find a replacement for me..lol..believe me it is not intentional, i have a son to take care of before I leave home.

yea....because yu late 5minutes or 1minutes...so funny~!...
