Is it possible to choose a country other than your country (Eg. US) not just to receive payments at your paypal but also withdrawing the funds by providing a debit card (Visa electron) outside the country i have stated. Is ther anyone here who has done withdrawals to a debit card from a country apart from the country you registered paypal with?
